"It was my good fortune to have arrived home and been at the mailbox when a very pleasant young man greeted me and said he had left some literature on my door regarding my roof. We chatted about a storm system that had passed my area in July that may have damaged my roof. My husband and I had been out of town at that time and were unaware of the hailstorm. Jaime informed me that he could arrange to have the roof inspected for free and that if there was storm damage it may be covered by our homeowner's insurance. I agreed to have the inspection and there was damage. NC Storm Repair handled the meeting with the insurance adjuster and the damage was covered by our insurance. We had to pay the deductible. Jaime and Ted walked us through every step of the process. They use reputable products and offer excellent warranties and their company is licensed and insured. There was no pressure to act and no intimidating claims made. They were forthright in their dealings with us. We arranged a date to have the roof redone. They were polite, professional and careful with our landscaping and cleaned up the debris.
